Everybody wants to lose weight, put on muscle, and look great, right?

But committing to a fitness program is extremely difficult for most of us. The time required to go to a gym, let alone the meal recommendations. So for most of us, gym programs are not a feasible option. Not to mention the price. Gym memberships are expensive.

Other gym apps still do the same thing, and ask for money only to tell you what exercises you must do and what food you must eat to achieve the results you think are possible, but more often than not, are not possible. They use photos of people that didn’t use their program and have used personal trainers and dieticians to achieve an unachievable look and make you believe you can get that look by using their system.

If you miss a day of your program, what should you do? Double up tomorrow? This is where programs fall down, with people missing one day, then drop the rest of the week, then the program falls apart.

Repetition is also a downfall of most programs. They get boring and your progress slows down due to doing the same thing.

Home PT is one of a kind fitness app.

The best option to lose weight is just to get moving. A lot of people would love to, but don’t know where to start, or what exercises to do with some minimal equipment.

Home PT enables you to select ONLY the exercises that you can do and creates different circuits and sessions to keep you moving keep the results coming.

Developed by ex-Army members, the sessions are the same as those done to keep Army soldiers fit.

The ability to select difficulty level, from beginner all the way to expert, this app is for people of all fitness levels. From those starting out at fitness, to those at the top of their game looking for a new challenge.

With Home PT, the results you get are up to you. If you are looking to just get moving a couple of times a week, that’s great. Home PT will create a variety of sessions for you, including the exercises you can do, and tapering the difficulty to what you choose. If you are looking to include a session every morning and push yourself to the limits, Home PT does this too.

Currently with 4 types of sessions included, you will be able to challenge yourself as little or as much as you like.

Recent inclusion was the HIIT timer. If you have your own set of exercises you would like to do and just want to use the HIIT timer, go for it. Everything here is yours to use as you like, and best of all, it is FREE.
